Buffs

Buff items are spread across the map and grant temporary advantages when picked up. Timing your buff grabs around fights can swing a match in your favor.

How Buffs Work

• Walk into a buff to activate it: the effect applies immediately
• Buffs are temporary and expire after a set duration
• Buff timers are visible on your HUD so you know when the effect will wear off
• Only one buff can be active at a time: picking up a new buff replaces the current one

Strategy

• Check buff spawn locations at the start of a match and memorize the respawn cadence
• Use buffs aggressively: they're meant to be consumed, not saved
• In Team Deathmatch, coordinate with your team so the right players grab the right buffs for the situation
• Denying a buff from a nearby enemy by grabbing it yourself: even if you don't need it: is always a good play
